Consider the alternatives:
Mash: He gets injured too frequently and as a fast bowler would be even more burdened by captaincy
Sakib: At 20, he will struggle even more as captain and has not performed consistently as a batsmen, he is only important because of his more than handy bowling.
Aftab: Hasn't held down his test spot. His continued brain explosions doesnt help him set the example
Razzak: Right age but not consistent test player, and bowler's generally struggle with captaincy as it is difficult to think captaincy and bowling at the same time.
Bashar: Not even worth considering, hasnt batted well in ages
S Nafees: Struggled to maintain his spot. I think he has the composure and temperament but what good is that when you are not in the team.
Overall, we have no other options but to stick with Ash and back him to score some big runs soon enough and his captaincy will improve over time. His post match comments are always going to look bad because we have been heavily losing lately and no matter what he says, he is criticized.

why don't talk about ash:
1) lack of responsibility
2) not intellegent at all
3) not careful about his own game
4) " if the captain can't direct the ship, the ship will sink easily"
5) not understanding about the gameplan
6) thinking of wining against big teams, where big teams like SA , pakistan, NZ, Aussie don't even think about that. They just show their performance. Performance makes a team to win.
aftab is improving and showing patience in test cricket. What about ash?
Razzak's and Farhad's batting are far better than our Ash..
SN is not in form, but play better cricket than our ash..
