You are a lawyer. Why would it be identity theft? How are you so certain that this photo was not found in the internet with no copyright laws attached? Because then it's just like any other photo. But, speaking of deception, the main reason you want me to take it down is because you are afraid that I may be lampooning a religion slash religious man but I can assure you that I am far from undertaking such childish drivel.
If we were to take down each and every avatar just because it offends someone's sense of belief then we might as well do away with the option of avatars.
