In fifa not all attributes are considered, for example a strikers passing doesn't have as much weight over his rating compared to his finishing, but for a midfielder passing and tackling is far more important
As for Shakib, his bowling and batting should add up not the middle number, otherwise a 87 rated bowler will have 87 rating, whereas as Shakib will be overall 85, even though his bowling is 87, his batting drags him down, when it should push it up
