Interesting points on Narine. Will he be effective in longer versions? The T20 bowling rankings is dominated by guys like Narine, Mendis, Botha, Ajmal, Swann. They have a lot of variety, and mystery and seem to thrive in situations where batsmen dont have much time to hang around and need to hit. But what about the longer version where batsmen have the luxury of time to read the bowlers action, leave the ball, play defensively? Ajmal and Swann of course have been classy in tests, but Narine, Mendis, Botha havent had the same success-at least as yet.

But although Narine is unproven in the longer format he has the necessary weapons in his armory. Its a matter of learning how to use. He can turn the ball much more than any of our bowlers. So prepare a pitch with turn and bounce, he can really cause trouble. In such situations our only consolation is Narine hasnt played enough games in the longer format.

Sunny caused a bit of problem for them last time we played them. Interesting to see if selectors are willing to put Enamul in the mix.
