The 1/3rd part are the posts in this thread. Go back and see how much more need to do and whether we have all the categories and enough nominees. Once you have that - post the categories and nominees to get a final feedback. Behind the curtain we will the create the polls with the suggested nominees (modifying as per discussions here) and make it available to the public.
