If the selectors are consistently talking with the players, then the players know exactly where they stand. In our cricket, on the other hand, once the players are on the fringes, it seems they don't have a good handle of where they stand because our selectors don't say why they ended up dropping the respective players. It's really important for our selectors to continue talking to our players so that they know exactly where they stand.
