As fans we'll continue to root for our team unconditionally. At the same time I admire fans who have the courage to call it like it is when it is required; in this case for calling out players for displaying cowardice and shameful attitude. Afghan players have something that our new players lack. Our players have it until they make it to the national team. As soon as they get a dose of reality they are overcome with fear and too quick to put their tail between their legs. Our seniors took time to get there because they had no trailblazers to follow; they had to forge their own path. Same argument doesn't apply to this bunch. If the seniors were to retire today there's little doubt these guys would take 5-10 yrs to get us back to the current state. Afghans would probably do it in two.
