Nasir comes late in the batting order in ODI and T20. And he is not routinely used as a part time bowler. That makes Nasir's role in the team very specific, i.e. when he comes, he need to start scoring from get-go. Unlike other bowling rounders and becuse he has only one specitic role, its expected that he will score runs in good SR in consistent basis.

There is no room for him to start slowly and catchup the RR later on, or he can get a century and get breathing room/ jail free pass so that in his next few innings he can get away with low scores.

Its not that easy to survive in that very specific role set by the management, specially when you are struggling.

Team management need to think hard and fast how he should be used in near future with the consideration that he is struggling right now:

a) Either they need to make the hard choice to drop him with the hope that he will regain his form back in local league; or

b) Continue to keep him in the team with expanded role ( and minimize the pressure) and hope that he will eventually regain his form back. That means a commitment from the managementment that they will constantly use nasir as a part time bowler (6th bowler) also. And also promote him in the batting order (few slots may be) so that he has more time to rebuild his innings without worring about his RR at the begining.

Now t20 is a completely different format and (unlike ODI) keep good RR is always important from the begining of the iinings. Pressure to scoring quick runs wlll always be there regardless where he start his innings in T20.
