Its a vision which might be useful but again consider not many players from Zim or NZ played in other countries, so is Srilanka. Mostly Pakis and SA and later on number of Indians did that. The domestic cricket is very very strong in those countries which made all the difference. For Zim it was an inevitable decline as the structure fell off. Bangladesh needs to ensure longer version matches for her players and resolve club cricket debacle ASAP.
