Sarkar has that amazing start, if he can get to that he’s still easily the best opener after tamim and in that form with that performance could bat anywhere in the order.
Shanto definitely deserves a run in ODIs, i don’t see a spot for mosaddek at this point (he has to bat at 3/4 and I think others are better suited atm).
I think zakir and al amin are interesting prospects, al amin as a late order bat and bowling some offies (prob better suited to lower order batting than mosa). Zakir is showing ability up the order.
Afif is another who I think needs some opportunities he could be good batting between 5-7 position and add some overs with the ball, seems to have the shakib type fight which is a very big plus imo.
I think for now the young bats to leave out are def sabbir and soumya due to form and already having extended runs, if they comeback to form we know what they can offer. Mosa would be the other, he’s pretty much a specialist number 4 who bowls a bit but I’m not sure we need that (def get him into the test team though).
For bowlers I think saifuddin maybe should get more chances, he’s done well for the A team.
Def give Rony more time.
Shoriful and Khaled have also done pretty well with the A team so might be worth giving some experience and having a look at.

Mosaddek definitely has a spot in the squad. We haven't seen our top order collapse against West Indies but it does happen and then we will be needing someone to come in between Mushfiq and Mahmudullah. Someone who can contribute with the bat and take away some of the pressure from these two.
Afif is definitely not ready for international cricket and hasn't made much of an impact in domestic cricket after that 5 wicket haul.
It would be hard to put Saifuddin in the ODI squad as 3 pacer spots are already taken (Mashrafe, Mustafizur and Rubel) and a 4th pacer would only work in pacer friendly conditions. Him not being a death over bowler also doesn't help him either.
