there are many reasons for the downfall:
1. new coach who was only ever an assistent coach before this.. and he's relatively new
2. new and young captain.. who doesn't understand stuff
3. kicking out old and experienced players and replacing them with youngsters who came from god knows where..(and i'm not just talking about rasel)
4. new selectors who fail to select the right bunch of guys all most everytime
5. a player like rafique retiring
6. poor fielding
7. poor bowling performances from main bowlers
8. sometimes harsh umpiring decisions
9. negative mindset of the players thanks to the coach's constant negative prodding
10. too many youngsters in the team.. the oldest player in out team rite now is only 26..
11. lack of experience and maturity
