Bangladesh has never been serious with practice matches, but I know that's not right, never accepted that, but have to live with that. Players simply doesn't give their best in practice matches. I think team management fails to motivate them for that, but now I guess it has become our culture.
I'm sure the matches will be different, and we might see the team struggling in first few matches to raise their game.
