Cricket may be the only team-sport where players spend so much time together on and off the field. If team chemistry is missing it will definitely appear in their performance. The only thing that can come to the rescue is sheer talent which only Shak is in the possession of in the current bunch of BD players.
I am not in a position to guess whether the star players of BD team are not in coherent with each other but it is very usual for star players to annoy others with their lack of hard work just because they know their status in the team. This can make or break a team; unless professionalism is practiced it can eat a team from inside and destroy it.
