Talent is just the ability ... If you have the work ethics and yet can't make it, be sure you don't have the ability, so you aren't a talented guy. Most of the talents fail because they lack the work ethics. Without a good work ethics, you can't sustain good performance for a long time just by your talent.... Work ethics is very important.
Sometimes, One may be successful through good work ethics alone, through hard work.... But that's very hard.
