Because, in all honesty, Bangladesh isnt and never was the tolerant harmonious ideal that everyone loves to dream up. Bangladesh is a resource-deficient morass of angry, intellectually impoverished people squished in a sardine can, with a culture of absolute disregard for discipline and dignity in their many forms.
