Default suggestions for people who are depressed

here is my suggestions for people who are suffering from depression after the defeat against sl. however, these should not be taken as pescribed by any qualified professional.
1. people who play some form of cricket take a bat, ask your little bro to bowl. take a note every time you get beaten and think about our players.
2. people who are fit to do some kind of exercise, try yoga. when concentrating, remove the word 'cricket' from your brain dictionary- rather think of something romantic ever happened in your life.
3. people who are planning a long drive, cancel the plan. ask your neighbours to check your fitness before you even allow yourself to take a walk (don't forget about manhole if you live in bd).
4. people who are not involve in any other sports or do not follow/support any other team, consider supporting the best team in any major sports. some kind of joy is required in life to live healthy which can not be provided by bd team.
5. people who are preparing for exams, don't log in bangla cricket, and don't memorise essay such as " flood in bangladesh" or "unemployment problem in bangladesh". you might get confused and misinterpret it as "cricket in bangladesh".
6. people who dream a lot, will have a severe effect on the content of the dream. go to hypnotist ask to put you into sleep without the interuption of cricket.
7. people who are angry, irritated, don't fit into above, want to surf the net all day- take a break, have a life.
