Not yet. Pak secured one spot in the final with 9 points, the other spot is still open between SL and BD. If Lanka lose both of their remaining matches against Pak and BD, their point will remain at 6, and BD's point will rise to 6. Then final spot will be decided by Net RR.
Lanka's Net RR should go negative if they lose both matches, but BD may still need a big margin win to raise up their RR above Lanka's.
But yeah, one more washed out match (either Pak-SL or BD-SL) and we will be out of the tourny.
