So, if we can't stop Tipau Dam, what is our alternative solution ??

Can we built a damn or something of that sort on our borders to make sure we dont get flooded with excess water ?? Can we control the flow of water at entry point of our country ??

What I mean, lets flood Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram that area. Let them get the raw end of both sticks.
As a part of india, I'm sure they will then try to stick it up to Delhi.

If its going to be a problem for us, lets make some for them too.
