You cannot play with life of innocent people from both sides of the border!! Atleast having the option to make them suffer and not doing that gives us the moral high ground.

Brother, if We did that then I think India would atleast think twice before playing with our innocent lives. And there is no such thing as moral high ground when you have human life at stake. I am sorry but I cant agree with you on that point.
