Really who is in charge of future tour and planning at BCB. No professional team sits out for 6 months. T20 WC was finalized years ago and now they realize its not a good time to go to Zim.
How do you expect to improve when you build some momentum and take rest for months and months. Now they will arrange domestics cricket. Ok then, improve the quality of domestic infrastructure, build sporting pitches, etc..No they won't do that too. DPL is in a limbo coz of club politics. NCL quality is like para cricket. Ahhh this is so annoying!
