I think it is your problem. You are invisible yet typing away....
That means: No one is listening.
You are like that quiet guy in the office who is doing 75% of the work but no one notices because most of what you do is scut work.... non essential.... ends up with a big fat zero come bonus time.....
Rifat on the other hand, knows how to play his cards right... He is always missing from office for Jumma prayer (even on Monday afternoon) but come presentation time... he is shining like he owns the company....
