Your point about coming to Bangladesh from England as an Englishmen is well made. It took me a while to get used to life in Dhaka. Some don't ever settle.
Thanks for your kind words Ian.

Stuart Law and Richard Pybus are recent examples of not being able to settle in to life in Bangladesh. I personally was born and raised here in the United States by Bangladeshi parents. Even when I go back to Bangladesh to visit family, I find it very tough since the United States and Bangladesh are two different worlds. So it is very understandable to see people having a hard time settling in to Bangladesh.

So when we have people that are willing to coach Bangladesh and stay there full time, that is a big plus and that's what we need. We have had too many coaches come and go over the years after coach Jamie left and it must have hurt our players' development as well. Whoever we hire next, I just hope he is commited to staying in Bangladesh for the long term
