BCB should be outsourced .... Because we don't have the required ability to do the job ...
1. We don't know what's a talent and how to develop them
2. We don't know what's the right infrastructure structure to improve the game.
3. We don't understand playing conditions and the team combination needed to perform the best in that conditions.
4. We don't know how to Manage and extract the best from the foreign professionals that we hire...
5. We don't have experienced people with proper cricketing back ground to actually learn quickly to acquire it any time soon.
So, what's the point of wasting si much money and time with this org? If you outsource it to be runby professionals for 4/5 ears, they will at least build the working systems and cultures for the locals to take over there after...
