RAB has been busy eliminating the 'tupi-dari" groups major ideological enemy "shorboharas". Police in North bengal actually facilitated the bangla bhai people to kill the commies. Govt. knows very well that people in general won't mind if they killed the outlaws by RAB. By proxy so to speak.
