Nothing... although the earlier you are picked, (as a rule) the more you will be worth to your team.
Not sure yet... inshallah next week, but it may take longer. I want to start this as quickly as possible.

I open another thread, with all the people available in the first post, including the draft order (who picks when). E.g. I have pick 1, he has pick 2 and 3 etc. So it is public, although contracts will be kept secret (you will be able to work it out anyway at a later date).

No, you're not part of any team yet, but you can consult until the cows come home with the captain/team members of your new team.
