Your point about not having ex-cricketers in BCB is only valid if BCB moved towards professionalism and run by full time administrators.
It is a moot point when the person you are supporting is against both ex-cricketers and professionalism in BCB. He almost single handedly abolished the CEO post and replaced it by a clerical COO. It serves him well.
