i say first we get rid of a couple of the selectors.keep akram khan and bring back faruk as the chief selector.also,get pilot as the new selector.i think he's very fair and is very dedicated towards cricket.next,though i have always been pro taklu,i must say now that he has to go.get someone who has played top level international cricket so that his voice will be heard loud by some of the arrogant players in the team(if there are any).
the ultimate soluton for the entire cricket problem is privatisation of BCB if possible.we have a bunch of nutters driving the place who are good for nothing.
