There was a myth for not having the yellow part of the eggs for those who have high cholesterol from the 60s to the 00's. It is simply a MYTH. Definitely egg contains high cholesterol but that no effect in our body. Our liver naturally produces cholesterol. So if one eats food with high cholesterol our liver simply reduces the production (automatically). For nearing 50 (age) people, 2/3 eggs a week is good and not excessive. On the contrary, it is a good source of everything.
