Proally Kaneria managed to buy out Westfield again, or Westfield may be feeling he had enough of to destroy Kaneria's career not to cooperate ECB anymore. The way the appeal progressing now, it seems this backout of main witness will give ECB the face of a villain.
Besides since a big incentive money figure starts getting focus here, imo Westfield-Kaneria likely gonna make it pain in the @ss for ECB to leach enough of its bargain money to settle this case for a full stop.
