I think every Government project comes with the same old story for Bangladesh. Government likes to start small - which is actually pretty good practice in context to GMP. You start small as a pilot project, do all your testing and error-handling during the pilot run, learn a lot about maintenance then you instill more money to give it a full shaped up system. But there is when the trouble starts. Political indecision, bureaucratic file-taping, corrupt engineers/cadres and constant media propaganda makes the road harder and the ambition collapses before the excavation succeeds and the pilot one keeps on running with low quality output radar less, direction less and slowly becomes another burden for everyone.
