I think players will be much more fitter, will understand the game well wouldnt have to learn too much about the game upon entering international level... I think under 19's have good facilities and if the clubs are given similar sorts of facilities it will have a massive impact..In another words giving international feel with in the domestic level like in county cricket.

We'd better develop our local coaches there.
