not too far ....and its not true that Aussie cricketing formula can't be applied in our cricket to form a stronger cricketing structure. BCB during 2003-5/6 used to follow Cricket Australia(Don't know still following or not). thus we improved our domestic level a bit. there was mutual co-operation between two boards.
Cricket Australia learned lesson from previous world cup defeat. so quickly. but we did the same mistake again. by selecting inappropriate cricketers in T20 format. we thaught Mahmudullah riyad could give us 40+ runs after sudden collapse like 44-4 / 87-6 etc. but that didn't work. look at Aussie. they applied new method thus they benefited.
We have to give room for player out of current team who are better than them in T20.We have to get the benefit of our country's huge population cause there are lots of talented T20 specialist cricketers wasting their career due to a call from sectors. give them chance in respective format like Aussie doing and see the result.
^^ Summary of above is: Bangladesh Cricket should move forward like other cricketing countries. we have to apply newly invented cricketing methods which has been proved right by country like Aussie. Its not the fact of BIG money. just a brave heart selection process.
