Cricket Australia learned lesson from previous world cup defeat. so quickly. but we did the same mistake again. by selecting inappropriate cricketers in T20 format. we thaught Mahmudullah riyad could give us 40+ runs after sudden collapse like 44-4 / 87-6 etc. but that didn't work. look at Aussie. they applied new method thus they benefited.

We have to give room for player out of current team who are better than them in T20.We have to get the benefit of our country's huge population cause there are lots of talented T20 specialist cricketers wasting their career due to a call from sectors. give them chance in respective format like Aussie doing and see the result.

^^ Summary of above is: Bangladesh Cricket should move forward like other cricketing countries. we have to apply newly invented cricketing methods which has been proved right by country like Aussie. Its not the fact of BIG money. just a brave heart selection process.
We prepared our domestic cricket structure by following Cricket Australia (CA). Does it mean we also got the standard of their cricket structure? NO. Their domestic teams are such strong that our national team will struggle against Victoria or New South Wales.

We can follow other nation’s cricket structure but to increase the benchmark, we must need time.

CA has some benefits like
1. Experience of managing cricket system for 100+ years, we only have 10 years of experience.
2. 4/5 generation of cricketers who played +/- 100 test, Our 1st generation are playing currently.
3. Already won the WC for 4 times. They know how to win a tournament like WC. We are still finding how to win 2 consecutive matches against a test playing nation.
4. Money. Whatever the reason BCB do not have enough money. National league e player der taka dite sometimes problem hoi.

We can follow them but we must realize our limitation and should not expect that following CA will benefit us with a team like Australia within 1/2 years. Long way to go.

Finally, we do not have enough players to make 3 different team for 3 formats that Australia or India have. Ektu dhoirjo dhorte hobe.
