I think he should return to national side but bat at 4-5 positions. Shakib needs some time to rest as he bowls a lot and although I would've slotted Marshall Ayub instead, he hasn't played much BPL this season for some reason. Here's my 16 man test squad for tours to Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe in order first:-
Tamim, Anamul, Mahmudullah, Naeem, Shahriar, Shakib, Nasir, Rahim, Gazi, Rubel, Shafiul...Sunny, Abul, Mashrafe, Marshall and Enamul jr.
But in Sri Lanka, it will be spinning so you will need 3 specialist spinners and Zimbabwe is a place with a bit more seam so 3 fast bowlers would be ideal. I won't be surprised if Bangladesh win a few test matches this year for once.
