This kind of list sort of scares me. On one hand, I am all for punishing rajakars, regardless of how low they were on the chain of command and how long has passed since then.

But on the other hand, what if some of the names there are not authentic and someone just wanted to take revenge on someone and pushed in his name?

It is more important to make sure innocents do not get victimized first, I think.

(I did not look into the sites yet, may be they are already doing that).
