That is good in a sense that Putin seeing great promise to provide loan to a country which is emerging slow but steadily. The huge in-flow of remittance might be pushing Government to get loan at an atrocious level to notch ambitious deals like this. In the long run, my prediction is, this will result in as a burden, to carry on for decades, over general populace.
