I have admit, I am relying on my gut feelings here. The guy has a fascinating career as a sportsman himself, he should know what kind of discipline any sports person should have. Any team he worked with has shown good improvement. Besides national teams, he has worked with various development teams too, which should be considered a plus in context of Bangladesh team. Whenever he talked with us fans or to the media, he portrayed himself as a true professional coach and never said anything negative (very much in contrast with Siddons). Overall, he fits my mental image how a professional coach should be.

* He has completed ECB level 3 coaches program, in case you are wondering what's his qualification as a head coach. And, as a said before, he played the role for various development teams.
