Laptop Memory upgrade
I just bought a 1gb memory chip (266MHz, PC2100) memory chip for my laptop. Installed it, works fine. According to my Laptop's manual, I should be using pc2100. Only problem is, the existing memory chips were PC2700.
Are they interchangeable ? The laptop is working great (i'm writing from it) but will there be a conflict if I use a pc2100 and pc2700 (one of the older ones - still using it) at the same time ?
