I agree, Mushy has a long way to go before being labelled as world class. We only have two world class players and even Tamim's status as a world class batsman is shaky until he starts converting those 50s and starts going the extra mile for the team. That being said, Mushy has the potential as does Nasir, no doubt. They just have to translate that ability onto the world stage and perform consistently like Shakib has done for the last three years. As for Mushy's batting position, now that he is captain he has the freedom to decide for himself where he can be best utilised. If he can perform at number 3 then that would solve a massive headache for us. The thing that has impressed me the most about Mushy recently is how far his attacking game has come. They don't show the batsman's SRs on cricketarchive but if I had to guess I'd say his SR would be close to 90 for the season, which is amazing considering how he was such a one-dimensional batsman when he started.
