Test Team of the Decade

1) Tamim Iqbal - flashes of brilliance here and there, but undoubtedly one of the biggest talents to come out of BD.

2) Shahriar Nafees - maintains one of the highest averages for BD, and never really "lost it" in the 5-day format

3) Habibul Bashar - asides from Shakib the most unanimous selection

4) Mushfiqur Rahim - has averaged 37 the last 15 or so months, probably our single best batsman all things considered

5) Mohammad Ashraful - 5 centuries and a pitiful average, when he's on, he's transcendent, but when he's not he makes Chris Martin look like a genius.

6) Shakib al Hasan - one of the world's best all-rounders

7) Khaled Mashud (WK) - the standard by which other BD stumpers will be measured for a while to come.

8) Mohammad Rafique - his 40 bowling average is a disservice to his methodical bowling abilities.

9) Mashrafe Mortaza - solid with the new ball, blah with old

10) Shahadat Hossain - the next best pacer, was great till Ramanyake broke what was fixed.

11) Enamul Haque Jr - has plenty of time to make his mark still.

ODI Team of the Decade

1) Tamim Iqbal

2) Aftab Ahmed - never tried as an opener but a good one-day player

3) Raqibul Hasan - can't say no that average

4) Mohammad Ashraful

5) Sakib al Hasan

6) Alok Kapali

7) Mushfiqur Rahim

8) Mohammad Rafique

9) Mashrafee Mortaza

10) Abdur Razzak

11) Syed Rasel
