10 is international news, 16 is local news. This is for local coverage - I am ok with 16 if 16 is local news. Ask for a discount since this is NOT on high-value pages and since this is for a good cause. Appeal to their patriotism. Tell them, they will lots of goodwill from several thousand prime constituents both in Bangladesh and abroad.
