Seems that the ICC will concentrate a bit more on 20/20 matches. India also has a window for their IPL competition, so India as a team will not play any series during this time. As we all know, BCCI has a lot of control over the ICC.
The top teams will have a chance to play more Tests and ODIs while BD will just be given crumbs. It is up to BCB to try and pressure the ICC so that BD gets to play at least 8 ODIs per year with the big teams and 6 test matches. They will also have to be content playing a few ODIs with the Associate Teams.
