Bhai go to
Tinypic.com (or any image host) and upload your image. And you will get link for forum/boards. Copy that link and post it here. This is how you can post images. Basically you have to upload it to any image hosting and share it here. But you can also share image locations of any other external websites, to do that just right click on image, copy image location, paste your image in between this code
And to post video you have to do upload it to any video hosting site. I prefer
youtube for that purpose. Upload your video to youtube, and get the Embed code. To get the Embed code, first click on the Share option then you will discover the Embed button, and then click on Embed and copy that code and paste the code in your post, that's it.
