Brunch:

Made myself a properly aged, then dry rubbed* and finally Teriyaki glazed sirloin steak (medium rare) and a side of potatoes au gratin with smoked beef bacon. Both the aged sirloin and the beef bacon are from Bengal Meats, owned and operated by a couple of Aussie expats who who exactly what they're doing. Washed it down with chilled water and iced mint tea.

*sea salt, fresh roasted and then cracked black pepper and Chinese star anise.

Dinner:

Probably take one of my cousins out for a vegetarian meal at Roll Express. Looking forward to the excellent blended green mango cooler there.
