there will be no outright interest in this funding, since it is Build, Operate, Manage and Transfer.... Basis. But ultimately government will be loser, since the investing company will take the earnings for a long time, before handing over. While government could earn from day one if the project would be funded by WB.
Anyway we are loser, although AL (Minister) is trying to convince people that the Mal investment is better since there is no interest.
