Its great news from all ends.
1. Coach has a great track record in Bangladesh. This time, that will give the coach a flying start with his high demand program without resistance from players, media, fans or BCB.

2. Regardless how much BCB is criticized over time ( mostly valid, some may not be valid), this time a successful coach is coming back again in similar role. That itself should bring some credibility to BCB and Bangladesh Cricket. After all this may not be a bad place to work as successful coaches are coming back.

3. Young players will ask less question and will be more motivated as they have seen the end result of his successful tenure last time. And the end result is, if you work hard, and you have talent you will be better prepared when you are called for the national team.

4. Regardless of his disappointment (if any) he had with BCB last time, this time he will have a realistic assessment of what he can expect from BCB and how to handle them. So I expect better relationship this time.

5. From Fan's point of view, we have seen his result, we believe in his program. So There should not any poll" when to fire him" any time soon.

6. Finally We will have an alternate solution for our national coach for future if current arrangement doesn't work out in near future (due to bad health, missing family, need more salary, MIA, better opportunity, no improvement, etc).
