I also don't like the idea of starting with Gazi where 5 overs go by and you still have 80% of bowling to do. Once Shakib returns though, this hopefully wont be a problem.

Samuels was playing safe then for his century and everyone knew, he will open up after his century....it's always difficult to hit a spinner....a spinner could have got his wicket in first ball...you can't present a pacer at that time.
