reading at the report it is apparent- tutul and bcb prez are not in the same page.....less power for district councilors is not good for tutul since thats where his power lies...where as more power for dhaka club is not welcome...but its not surprising at all..if you look that most of the influential bcb organizers belong to any of the many clubs and to make more sense papon was dhaka clubs preferred choice..
