Well, dieting and excercise go hand in hand.
Breakfast must be Special K / fruits only like a banana+an orange
Lunch should be Tuna topped salad
Snacks should be fruits again
Dinner should be 1 plate rice ( not loaded sky high ) , a lil bit of bhajee, torkari and daal.
Chicken should be the only meat you eat. No ice creams or pastries or cakeor samosas either!
And, make sure you go to gym twice a week and do simple home excercises every day.
