well i think listing is the best choice. before invitation we can't estimate how many people wanna join. and if we can't make sure how many wanna join then we can't procide. if u get confermation form some people then we can decide a place and cost per person. well we can say that expected date is 26 january and time is day time mane dupur bela. as it is friday so people wanna join can find time easily.
